In order to make all the entries appear the same, it is a requirement of the 2003 Contest that they all use the same HTML interface. The specimen CGI script will do this for you, but if you wish to generate the HTML yourself, the template is here:
The template is designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer v6, which will be used for the finals of the contest, and will probably not work properly with other browsers as it contains a fair amount of JavaScript.
The template also contains a number of placeholders for data, in the
form %%PLACEHOLDER%%, and these will need to be substituted with the appropriate data
on the fly. See the specimen CGI script for guidance.
